WATERCOLOR PULLING

This tutorial will use some of the other skills that you've already acquired during the course and introduce you to watercolor pulling.

Pulling is one of the watercolor techniques you've probably already been using without even realizing it! But in this tutorial we'll really focus on it and develop some fine control over it.

This tutorial will be a real challenge, don't worry if your first attempt goes pear shaped! Developing control over the watercolor pulling and using the fine brush to create tiny details will provide you with the skills you need to paint this. Practice lots before you start the main painting and then tackle it in small stages. Don't panic if you mess up, finish the painting and then focus on what areas you got right and which need improvement. Every time you paint this you'll get better.
