WATERCOLOR GLAZING OR LAYERING

Glazing is yet another essential watercolor technique, it involves layering up your paint and is used to change the tone or color. Almost all watercolor paintings will involve layering of some nature, in fact if you have already done the previous tutorial then you've already completed a layered painting. Now we're going to focus specifically on this technique and how it can be used to bring depth to your paintings.

This tutorial builds on what you have learned in the previous lessons, don't worry if you aren't able to master it right away, this is one of the hardest tutorials in the series.
